Returns and Changes
- The customer has the right to withdraw the order within 14 days. In other words, he can request the cancellation of his order or its return within 14 days from the day of receipt.

- The product must be returned in its original condition, together with its packaging, the barcode labels and the sales receipt or invoice.
We are sorry but esorama.gr for health reasons, cannot accept change in products that have been tested and belong to :
Woman: Lingerie / Bra – Slip – Bust
Man: Lingerie / Slip – Boxer
As well as the change cannot be accepted if the packaging has been opened on the Tights and Socks.
The customer is charged with the cost of shipping 6,00€, unless the product is defective.
